Hani was great helping us with the purchase. He knew we were coming and which car we wanted to see so he had it warmed up and waiting for us. He listened to my wife's questions and answered all of them! Very important and impressive. The test drive happened early during rush hour on a Friday afternoon and he was able to guide us to a route that allowed us to test the vehicle and try to find any hiccups despite the busy highways and side streets. It did take a while to get to the finance person who then needed to walk us through a number of choices that we had already researched. The process was designed for financing more than straight purchases, however, we were gratefully able to drive away with the late model Legacy we had come for. I was surprised by two electronic challenges during the first few days of ownership. I called their service team, received an appointment when I wanted, and they resolved both of the challenges in less than 20 minutes. The buying experience was good but the first service experience was great.

Had a great experience with Morries. LOVE the Buy Happy promises... along with their great service reputation, they were the deciding factor in going with Morris's. Free oil changes, free car washes, 100,000 power train warranty. Very happy with Morries and would absolutely recommend them.

Went there today. Every experience I'ce had at this dealership has been superb, authentic and satisfying. If or when miscommunication or delays or etc occur, they take care if me to remedy so I leave very satisfied. Their customer lounge is very comfortable, luxurious and well maintained. Their staff are pleasant, knowledgable and always patient to explain in as much and as simplified terms for me without negative under stones
